The Feedback Loop (How This Plan Works)

Step 1: Write or Speak (produce English under pressure)

Step 2: Self-correct → then Claude identifies remaining errors with error types

Step 3: Next day's error drill targets YOUR specific mistakes from Step 2

Step 4: Write or Speak again → errors decrease → new targets emerge

This is deliberate practice: targeted, feedback-driven, repeated until automatic.

Daily Structure (4.5 hrs on work days · 6+ hrs on holidays)

Block 0: Shadowing warm-up (15 min) — every day, never skip

Block 1: Error drill from yesterday's mistakes (15 min)

Block 2: Writing OR Speaking — full deliberate practice (60-75 min)

Block 3: Listening OR Reading — alternate days (45-60 min)

Block 4: Theory Review — revisit teacher's methods for today's skill (30-40 min)

On tired evenings: cut Block 3 short. Never cut Blocks 0-2.
